At Tuck Plumbing Fixtures, we strive for complete satisfaction with your home improvement projects. If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return uninstalled items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and the specific plumbing fixtures you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware, installation manuals, and protective inserts are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location, or arrange for a freight pickup for oversized items like bathtubs and vanities.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned fixtures for quality and condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
